Webhooks and reconciliation

Shopify and Square events flow automatically after you connect — no manual webhook setup.

Implementation steps

  1. ✓Shopify: orders/paid and refunds/create webhooks register via API when you connect (they do not appear under Admin → Settings → Notifications).
  2. ✓Square: click Connect Square in Settings — SamePoints receives payment and refund events automatically.
  3. ✓Scheduled order reconcile (Settings) backfills missed Shopify orders — optional interval or manual run.
  4. ✓Inspect failures in Logs and retry when needed.
